The Omaha Maverick Hockey team held a press conference for local media on October 22, 2025. Omaha Hockey Coach Mike Gabinet and junior defenseman Aidan De La Gorgendiere fielded a variety of questions during the press conference including topics such as preparations for the upcoming series against UMass at Baxter Arena and Adjusting to a new city (as a player) for the 2025-26 season.
