I am not positive, but from the look of the building, I think Indigo Joe's closed.

The owners of Indigo Joe's (Tim Raburn and his wife) decided to drop the Indigo Joe's franchise, and take the restaurant "independent."

I think I heard they are called "Traditions" (or something to that effect) now.

AS long as they are willing to support Mav Hockey, then I think we keep them on the short list along with Brewburgers.

Franchise fees can be painful. Good luck to them.

I saw them changing the name the place over the weekend, hopefully they will still be hockey friendly.

That's what I heard a couple of weeks ago. If they've found a comfortable niche and made this go, good for them. Only problem is that they need to make it known that this is merely a name change and little else is changing.

If they're independent, then they can change the kitchen and menu. I appreciate all they've done to support UNO through the years. Improving the food will go a long way to increasing patronage.

I can confirm the sign on the building says "Traditions".

I got an email from them informing of the name change but not ownership change. I was on the email list for Indigo Joe's.

If it did close, they kept the lights on and haven't begun to take out the furniture. Didn't see anything out of the ordinary at 7:30 this morning...

On a similar note, anyone know what happened to the BW3's on Dodge St? It was closed this week and it looked like they were renovating it, but there sign was down. Are they just renovating it or is something else going in there?

Meant Indigo Joes/Traditions, not BW3's.

The BW3's has reopened...they just renovated it. A lot of new TVs and I think there is more seating.

Also, they just opened a Buffalo Wild Wings knockoff at 120th and L (Buffalo Wings and Rings). I ate there today and it was actually pretty good. They have 45-cent boneless wings on Tuesdays (cheaper than BW3's 65-cent offering), so I might be eating there more often.

Prime Rib and I were there at buffalo wild wings on thursday for boneless thursdays and there is a lot more tvs, tables/booths and that upper seating area near the bar is gone, its more open spaced and just a thought maybe have a viewing party there this season?

We drove by traditions/indigo joes first and it does seemed closed/went out of business so will have to see.
